NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

We invite you to become a member of the Mount Diablo Astronomical Society and enjoy all the benefits of membership, including reduced rates on magazine subscriptions. Membership includes all members of your immediate family at the same address. Just print this form and send it to the address appearing at the bottom of the page. Depending on the time of year you join, we may ask you to pro-rate your membership or increase the duration of your magazine subscription. This is to simplify our management of subscriptions, to reduce the incidence of annoying expiration notices and to insure that you never miss an issue.

Use the chart below and find the column containing the month in which you are joining. Check the items you wish to purchase, and sum the column to determine your total. All memberships expire in March of the following year. If you are already a magazine subscriber and your existing subscription expires in July or later in the same year you are joining, you should subscribe only for 12 months. If it expires in July or later in the following year, wait till next year’s renewal period to re-subscribe.
