Richard Ozer
Richard
has been a member of MDAS since 1998. He lives in Oakland and is a
founding partner of Office Information Systems, a networking and
software consulting firm specializing in Education, Government, and
Small Business.
In addition to his efforts with MDAS, Richard is also a volunteer
instructor at the Chabot Telescope Makers workshop and an avid observer.
