I occasionally leave the CCD camera in its’ carrying case and hang my trusty old Cannon FT 35 mm camera, or my Olympus C3020 digital camera to my telescope. Here are some of those images.

This is my first 35 mm Astronomical photograph with a camera mounted piggy-back on my telescope. I was luck to get the exposure before Orion disappeared behind my house.

This image of the moon was taken at prime focus with my Cannon FT attached to the back of my Meade LX200 with a camera adapter.
Venus at Sunrise

This is a photograph of the crescent moon just after sunrise. If you look in the upper-left portion of the image, you can see the planet Venus.

The "Big Dipper" asterism of Ursa Major - a 5 minute exposure taken piggy-back with my Cannon FT, 55mm lens at F1.8 on Kodak Max 200 film
The Sun
The Sun
This image of the sun was taken during the high sunspot activity in March 2001. It is a .125 second exposure taken at prime focus with Kodak Max 200 film.

This "Sun Dog" was taken at sunset on the evening of April 5, 2003. It was taken with my Olympus C-3020 Digital Camera.
